My lovely friend Clive was out canoeing last weekend and saw this lot between the piers....oh how we laughed!

Kirstin Ahmed, the principal trainer for Brightonfit (est.1998) offers 1 to 1 personal training throughout Sussex or from one of her Brighton studios. She teaches exercise classes and conducts workshops in schools with a kickboxing flavour. Her background is professional kickboxing (British title flyweight contender)with a short boxing career and multiple half and full marathon experience.
